Glen Nesbitt

Glen is a commercial litigator with a specialty in insolvency and realization.

Glen has represented clients in Provincial, Supreme Court, and Tax Court of Canada matters, as well as before administrative tribunals. Glen has acted for both debtors and creditors in respect of judgment enforcement and collections matters.

Prior to joining Fasken, Glen articled at a top-tier regional firm in Vancouver and practiced at a boutique litigation firm in Kelowna.
