Gray is a Partner in the commercial litigation group at ATC. Gray has represented hundreds of clients in business, contract, and real estate disputes in state and federal courts across the State of Georgia. He also acts as outside general counsel to many local small-mid size businesses, homeowner’s associations, and commercial property owners/developers. Additionally, Gray has significant experience in handling commercial property tax appeals and representing property owners in eminent domain cases.

Originally from Perry, Georgia, Gray got his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2006. He went on to get his law degree from UGA Law School in 2013, where he graduated Cum Laude. After graduating from law school, Gray began his legal career at ATC. Gray is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett Class of 2019, a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, The 1818 Club, and Sugarloaf Country Club.

Gray lives in the Brookwood cluster of Snellville with his wife, Erin, daughter Emma Gray (2), and son Graham Jr. (1). Gray’s wife, Erin, is a Physician’s Assistant in Lawrenceville and they regularly attend 12 Stone Church, Snellville Campus. When Gray is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf at Sugarloaf Country Club.
