Harrison Golden focuses his litigation practice on representing clients in complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters. Harrison has litigated significant matters in the areas of antitrust, financial derivatives, trade secrets, conversion, and regulatory compliance.
He has also represented municipalities and financial institutions in some of the most prominent bankruptcies of the last two decades. In that role, he has been called upon to value contracts held by the debtor and to resolve creditor claims through arbitration and trial.
