Jason Fischbein represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour class action lawsuits. Jason also counsels clients on compliance with privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), for both employee and consumer data protection. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Jason practiced with a boutique labor and employment firm in San Diego.
Jason graduated from Stanford Law School with Pro Bono Distinction, where he served as Associate Editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. He also authored and edited multiple publications for Stanford Law School’s Afghanistan Legal Education Project.
During law school, Jason clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office in San Diego in the Criminal Division.
Jason is a proud member of Lawyers Club of San Diego. He speaks Spanish fluently and particularly enjoys utilizing his Spanish language abilities in his legal practice. Jason is a native San Diegan who relishes staying involved with – and giving back to – his home community. Most recently, Jason has participated in local food bank initiatives and has volunteered as a high school baseball coach.
