Jason K. Gross

Jason K. Gross is a Member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. He also serves as Co-Chair of the International | U.S. Cross Border Practice Group. As counsel to public and private companies, both national and international, Mr. Gross is actively involved in transactional matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, corporate governance and compliance with the federal securities laws. Mr. Gross acts as outside counsel for several U.S. subsidiaries of a multi-billion dollar, foreign manufacturing conglomerate. In this capacity, he is involved in corporate governance, resolving business disputes, commercial transactions, operational agreements and compliance with U.S. laws.
