Javier joined Pérez-Llorca in 2007. Javier specialises in all aspects of real estate transactions. He has over ten years’ professional experience in Real Estate law, advising national and international clients on all types of transactions related to the real estate market including real estate development, sale and purchase of real estate assets, divestment and acquisition of large property portfolios, sale & leaseback transactions, leasing, joint-venture deals and mergers and acquisitions. Javier’s main clients are national and international investors, property investment funds, banks, insurance companies, national and international developers, retail outlets and industrial and service companies.
