Jennifer Honeyman is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group. She has a broad practice advising both public and private companies on a wide range of transactions and corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and joint ventures. Jennifer has extensive experience in cross-border transactions and has advised clients in transactions involving a broad range of industries including mining, technology, forestry, distribution, retail, and manufacturing.
