Jeremy is a commercial property expert with extensive experience in private practice and in-house roles, specialising in property transactions. His real estate transactional experience includes work with law firms and as an in-house counsel.
Jeremy’s experience includes:
- Purchase of 50% interest in the commercial and retail component of 447 Collins Street, Melbourne (circa $600 million);
- Fund through the purchase of 50% interest in 405 Bourke Street (NAB Headquarters, circa $800 million);
- GE Capital: Divestment of global real estate assets concentrated in the UK and Europe (circa $30 billion);
- ExxonMobil: Sale of 26 aviation refuelling facilities at various Australian airports; and
- Lark Distillery: Real estate support to M&A team for the purchase of Tasmanian distillery business.
Jeremy is known for actively nurturing client relationships and focusing on their property transaction goals. His collaborative and confident approach makes him a valuable leader and team player with colleagues and clients.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honors), Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma of Arts in Classics from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice law in 2007.
He was acknowledged in the 2023, 2024 and 2025 editions of Best Lawyers in Australia for professional achievements and expertise in the property transaction field.
