Jessica joined Gluckstein Lawyers as an articling student in 2017 and is a graduate of the J.D. program from the Faculty of Law at Western University. She graduated on the Dean’s Honour List and was awarded the Law Society of Ontario Prize for academic excellence.

Jessica returned to Gluckstein Lawyers as an associate following her call to the Ontario bar in 2018. She has always been passionate about advocating for individuals in need, which has carried through into her legal practice. Her practice is dedicated to all areas of personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle claims and litigation, occupiers’ liability, medical negligence, sexual assault claims, product liability, insurance litigation and disability matters. She has represented clients in various forums, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the License and Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Social Security Tribunal.

Jessica is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and has had the opportunity to act as intervention counsel, contribute to publications and to present on various topics as part of its continuing legal education program.

Prior to law school, Jessica graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction in the areas of Psychology, Sociology, and Urban Studies.
