Jessica Ma is an associate at O’Connor, Parsons, Lane & Noble and specializes in personal injury and medical malpractice matters involving individuals who have been significantly harmed as the result of the fault of another. Jessica joined the firm in 2022 with extensive criminal and civil litigation experience.
After completing a criminal clerkship in Atlantic County with the Honorable Kyran Connor, J.S.C. (ret.), Jessica served as an assistant prosecutor at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, where she worked closely with law enforcement in prosecuting hundreds of criminal matters on behalf of innocent victims. She has also obtained favorable verdicts in a wide array of criminal cases, including murder, armed robbery, and various narcotic-related offenses.
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica amassed years of civil litigation experience working as a defense attorney in medical malpractice defense and public entity defense. She handled cases involving allegations of medical negligence, premise liability, civil rights violations, and workplace discrimination/wrongful termination.
Jessica received her B.A. magna cum laude from Rutgers College, where she competed in the intercollegiate mock trial program all four years. She obtained her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Camden, where she was participated in moot court and served as the Lead State Constitutional Law Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.
Jessica is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Women’s Lawyer Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
