John M. Jewell concentrates his practice on information technology and computer and software licensing and has frequently been involved in a variety of commercial transactions involving banking, real estate, and debtor/creditor rights.

Mr. Jewell has extensive experience representing closely held and publicly traded clients in all phases of information technology related matters, in both the domestic and international markets.
