Judith Parisien

Judith Parisien practices in the area of labour and employment law. Focusing on the management side of labour law and employment litigation, Judith advises clients on matters including employment standards, wrongful dismissal, employment contracts, injunctions, labour arbitrations, labour conflicts, negotiations and human rights.

A large portion of Judith’s work is centered around representing and advising Ontario school boards in labour relations matters and education law.

Judith has represented clients before many courts and administrative tribunals, including boards of arbitration, provincial tribunals, the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. She also regularly speaks at conferences and to groups of management employees on a wide variety of employment and labour matters.
