Julien’s practice covers a variety of areas in civil and commercial litigation. Over time, he has been more particularly involved in real estate litigation, shareholder disputes as well as environmental litigation, specifically on contamination files. Julien also practices occasionally in disciplinary law, representing various professionals before their disciplinary boards.
Since joining IMK in 2009, he has accumulated extensive court room experience.
As is the case with his practice, he has a varied clientele, composed of individuals and private companies.
