Justin M. Croniser is an experienced trial lawyer who represents corporations, officers, and employees in complex commercial litigation and class-action lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States. While Justin has represented companies and individuals in many different industries, Justin has considerable experience representing construction companies, healthcare insurers, and title insurance companies. Justin’s experience also includes a wide variety of types of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, insurance bad faith, tort claims, business torts, non-compete agreements, and compliance with government regulations.

Before becoming a lawyer, Justin spent over eight years serving as a police officer and dispatcher. This experience provided him a strong foundation for handling contentious disputes and aggressive opposing parties and counsel. He also served as the police department’s public information officer, which gave him a solid background in media relations and crisis communications.

Within the Firm, Justin currently chairs the Pro Bono Committee. Justin previously served on the Firm’s Recruiting Committee for nine years, including four years chairing that committee.
