Kamber Burke’s legal practice focuses on insurance coverage matters and commercial litigation. Kamber has significant experience with insurance coverage litigation, including the pursuit of declaratory relief on behalf of insurers and defense against breach of contract and bad faith actions. She also has experience with appellate work in federal and state court, as well as direct defense work.
In the fall of 2018, Kamber was seconded to a Lloyd’s syndicate in London. During her secondment, she gained valuable insight of the various stages of the claims process and provided coverage advice along the way. Her legal expertise was further utilized in the form of presentations she hosted for the client on litigation in the U.S. and mitigating risks throughout the claims process. As a student at Emory University School of Law, Kamber was a member of the Moot Court Society, served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia under The Honorable Timothy Batten, Sr., and was a legal extern in the Ethics and Compliance Division at the Coca-Cola Company.
Kamber graduated from Emory University School of Law with honors in 2015.
