Kelsey A. Webber is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has litigated a broad range of matters through arbitration and trial.

Mr. Webber attended Georgetown University Law Center where he was on the Dean’s Honor Roll. After graduating from Georgetown Law, Mr. Webber began practicing employment law, representing employees, in Roseville, California. During that time, Mr. Webber obtained a $4,750,000 verdict for a client in an age discrimination case. Mr. Webber also obtained numerous mid to high six figure settlements on behalf of his clients.

Thereafter, Mr. Webber spent the next three years representing some of the world’s largest employers. During that time, Mr. Webber litigated some of the most high-profile labor and employment matters in the state. However, Mr. Webber realized that his true passion was representing employees. Thus, Mr. Webber decided to found the Webber Law Group. Mr. Webber’s time representing employers has provided him with invaluable insight and an understanding of how labor and employment cases are defended by the world’s largest employers. Mr. Webber has taken his experience representing employers and now puts it to use representing employees.

Mr. Webber represents employees in all facets of employment law matters. He has considerable experience representing employees in litigation involving claims brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California’s wage and hour laws, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Mr. Webber also represents employees in matters involving whistleblowing and retaliation claims, including claims brought under the California Whistleblower Act and various provisions of the California Labor Code.

Mr. Webber was named as a Top 100 Trial Attorney in the United States by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2021 and 2022, he was named as one of the Best Attorneys in America, Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in 2020, 2021 and 2022, he was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2020, 2021, and 2022, he was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2021 and 2022, he was nominated for Advocate of the Year by the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association in 2015, and he received a top 40 verdict in California in 2015.
