Kevin P. Langley

As a member of the firm’s Corporate Technology practice group, Kevin P. Langley represents clients around the country in complex transactions pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance, venture capital, strategic investments, emerging company issues, fund formations, commercial contracts and general corporate lifecycle events. Given the volume of transactions he services, Kevin is able to provide client advice on up to the minute market trends and practices to drive value and efficiency to firm clients.

Kevin also serves as outside general counsel to corporations and entrepreneurs, in industries including technology, real estate development, hospitality, and energy, providing legal support and collaborating with attorneys to deliver on the firm’s full service of practice areas.

Kevin leverages his prior litigation, risk management, and in-house legal experience to provide client service that transcends ordinary corporate counseling.
