Leslie B. Hartnett

Leslie Hartnett concentrates her legal practice on the representation of employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters.

Leslie is well-versed in handling all aspects of litigation including the pre-suit investigation, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. She represents clients in state and federal court, regularly handling claims related to discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour. Leslie also provides employers with preventative counsel regarding employment practices, implementing effective policies, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Leslie was an associate in the Atlanta office of full-service law firm where she represented companies in matters involving labor and employment, healthcare, medical malpractice, and class action.
