Since 2017, I have been advising national and international property companies on all tenancy law matters relating to commercial leases as well as on all commercial law aspects and issues relating to property and asset management. I draft, review and negotiate commercial leases. In addition to providing advice, I also represent my clients in court in all matters relating to tenancy and general contractual law. I have extensive litigation experience in all areas of tenancy and property law.

I also specialise in advising national and international companies from the real estate industry as well as institutional investors on all legal issues arising in connection with the acquisition, management and sale of real estate and real estate companies, also at the interface with corporate law. I prepare due diligence reviews on the buyer and seller side, draft and negotiate property and/or share purchase agreements in the context of asset and share deals.
