Louis Ste-Marie, partner, has more than 20 years’ experience practicing labor and employment law. He counsels employers on individual and collective workplace relations, labor standards, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms, and administrative law. He regularly represents clients before administrative and law courts over matters of workplace relations. He also represents employers settling in matters before these administrative tribunals and during collective bargaining.
For several years Mr. Ste-Marie has taught courses on labor and employment law, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and negotiation techniques at the Quebec Bar School.
