Has been Head of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce Legal Department, Secretary General of Banco Popular, Secretary General and Deputy Superintendent of the Banking Superintendency, and Superintendent of Securities. Consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank on financial sector reforms for Central and South America. Arbitrator of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Arbitrator of the Centre for Arbitration, Conciliation and amicable settlement of the AMV, MARCO. Arbitrator of the Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Superintendency of Companies. Registered promoter of the Superintendency of Companies for the processes of the Act 1116 of 2006. Honorary Member of the Commission for the implementation of the Draft Secured Transactions Reform in Colombia.
