Mark Jackson represent clients in every aspect of government contracting, including bid protests, claims and disputes, terminations, government audits and investigations, procurement fraud and False Claims Act matters, suspension and debarment, and regulatory issues. His clients are prime contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, businesses large and small, in a wide variety of industries, with offices and projects located throughout the United States and around the world. Despite their differences, they have one thing in common: the need for efficient, creative, and successful solutions to problems arising from or relating to the award or performance of a government contract.
Mark has devoted nearly his entire professional career to government contracts. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, he served as a contract analyst for the Space Test and Anti-Satellite Programs. After law school, Mark served as procurement counsel, legal advisor to Inspector General investigations into procurement issues, and as a member of the Air Force Contract Litigation Team.
In 1997, Mark resigned his commission and entered private practice, focusing solely on government contracts. In August 2013, more than 15 years after entering private practice and having been a partner at large, national, full-service firms, Mark launched Jackson Holcomb to better serve my family, clients, and colleagues.
