Mark Lehman

Mark practices in Galloway’s Tampa, Florida office and represents clients in civil matters. His litigation practice focuses on insurance defense, commercial disputes, and information technology disputes. His transactional practice focuses on information technology matters, such as data privacy, data management, and cybersecurity.

Mark received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, with a certificate in intellectual property. Prior to joining Galloway, Mark spent nine years working as an information technology consultant. During that time, Mark provided consulting services for a variety of diverse clients, ranging in size from small to enterprise, across a broad range industries, such as health care, finance, sports and entertainment, manufacturing, and professional services.

He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and brings nearly a decade’s worth of practical experience to his information technology practice.
