Martin K. Denyes

Effective January 1, 2024, Martin Denyes will serve as Fasken’s Firm Managing Partner, with primary responsibility for its operations across Canada and internationally. In practice, his focus has been on supporting employers and executives in solving their day-to-day issues in the workplace and the mission critical issues that drive their workplace strategies. He now does likewise for the Firm and supports its clients and the Fasken team in navigating a complex world.

In his role as Firm Managing Partner, Martin takes responsibility for leading a team of more than 950 lawyers and more than 2,000 personnel. He has been a member of the firm’s Partnership Board for more than a decade, working proactively to enhance and build the Firm’s relationships with clients, across its platform and in its communities. Prior to stepping into the role of Firm Managing Partner, Martin led the Firm’s Toronto and Ottawa offices from 2011 through 2023.
