Dr. Martina Brasse joined the firm of VOSSIUS in 2016. She was admitted to practice as German Patent Attorney (Patentanwältin) and European Patent Attorney in 2020. Her training in the IP domain included stages at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich.

Dr. Brasse studied Physics at the Technical University of Munich (Germany) as well as the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) and obtained her Diploma in 2010. Dr. Brasse finished her dissertation at the Technical Univerity of Munich in 2015. Her research topics were biophysical aspects of muscle development in a biological model organism as well as suitable optical measurement techniques.

Dr. Brasse supports clients and attorneys, i.a., in patent prosecution, opposition, invalidation and infringement cases. She is regularly involved in interdisciplinary projects at the interface between physics/engineering/IT and biology/biochemistry.

Dr. Brasse speaks German, English and Spanish.
