Mary-Tipton Thalheimer practices in the areas of debtor and creditor rights and bankruptcy. She is recognized in the 2021 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
Ms. Thalheimer obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University in 2007 and her J.D., with high honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Ms. Thalheimer served as an Assistant Notes Editor on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. She also served as an extern to the Honorable James G. Mixon of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
After obtaining her law degree, Ms. Thalheimer attended St. John’s University where she earned an LL.M. in Bankruptcy and served on the Duberstein Moot Court Planning Committee.
Prior to joining the law firm, Ms. Thalheimer served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Richard D. Taylor, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, from 2012 through 2014.
