Mathieu Leblanc-Gagnon

Mathieu Leblanc-Gagnon is a seasoned litigator who specializes in civil and commercial litigation. He represents a diverse business clientele in class actions and other contentious proceedings before various judicial and administrative tribunals.

His areas of expertise cover commercial litigation, product liability, insurance law and construction law.

He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising food processors on their procurement activities under the Act respecting the marketing of agricultural, food and fish products. In addition, he represents these processors before the Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec.
