Matt began his legal career at Jackson Lewis, following his participation in the Boston office’s summer internship program in 2004. Over the past two decades, Matt has built a strong reputation as a reliable and trusted advisor to business leaders around the country.
Matt represents clients in court litigation and arbitration, and routinely handles labor union, government regulatory and administrative agency actions. Through effective advocacy, Matt helps clients achieve favorable results, and he provides counsel on broader considerations for overall business success. Matt provides strategic guidance and support to company leaders looking for proactive solutions to complex workplace challenges. He is also an experienced negotiator in collective bargaining, mediation and employment dispute resolution.
A youth baseball and football coach, and raised by two schoolteachers, Matt further supports clients by educating leaders in engaging and interactive training programs. He coaches and trains supervisors and managers, human resource and talent acquisition professionals, executives, directors and business owners in group and individual settings on providing effective leadership in today’s labor and employment law landscape.
Having built a successful career at Jackson Lewis from the start as an intern, Matt now manages the Boston office summer intern program and recruits and trains the next generation of talented Jackson Lewis attorneys.
