Matthew Milne is an Associate in the Insurance and Construction and Infrastructure Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP, specializing in insurance defence and coverage work, most often in the construction context.

  • Defence of bodily injury and property damage claims arising out of insured and uninsured motorists; fire loss; and design and construction claims;
  • Acting on behalf of individuals and corporate entities in commercial lease disputes, residential tenancies, and construction claims; and
  • Acting on behalf of insurers in relation to claims for equitable contribution.

Matthew articled at the firm, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
