Matthew’s practice is focused on tax as well as mergers, acquisitions and commercial transactions.

Matthew advises clients on a broad range of tax matters, including tax-effective corporate reorganizations and on-going compliance. He also acts on merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, partnerships and commercial arrangements.
