Michael J. Mouridy

Michael advises clients on a wide variety of asset-based secured transactions, with particular emphasis on real estate transactions involving residential, commercial and mixed-use complexes, office buildings, condominiums, vacant land and development sites throughout the New York metropolitan area and nationally. He frequently represents lenders and borrowers in various financing structures, including acquisition, bridge, construction and permanent financing, in addition to mezzanine lending.

Prior to joining CSG Law, Michael worked at a multinational law firm representing major institutional and commercial lenders in real estate loan transactions, as well as financial institutions in warehouse lending transactions structured as master repurchase facilities.

Before entering private practice, Michael served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Rhys S. Hodge of the Supreme Court of the United States Virgin Islands.
