With close to 40 years of experience, Michael Silhol has been guiding healthcare providers through an increasingly complex regulatory environment, allowing them to achieve their financial, operational, and strategic goals. Michael is a Fellow of the American Health Law Association, and Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has served as general counsel at a number of healthcare organizations, including Parkland Health and Hospital System, one of the nation’s largest and most well-known public hospitals. He was also the Vice President of Legal Operations for Triad Hospitals, Inc. and Operations Counsel for HCA, Inc.
Michael started Silhol Law, PLLC in 2013 and his practice focuses exclusively on representing healthcare providers, including physicians and physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging facilities, and hospitals.
Michael and his team of attorneys provide transactional, operational, and regulatory/compliance work throughout the healthcare industry.
