Monica Bergeron is an attorney in Fishman Haygood’s Litigation Section and works on a wide range of commercial matters in both state and federal court.
Monica was part of the team that successfully arbitrated a multimillion contract dispute centered on the complex scope of work and change order issues on behalf of Allco, LLC; as a result, Allco obtained an $11.5 million award against a large governmental contractor for disaster recovery work it performed in the U.S. Virgin Islands in the aftermath of Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
Monica is a member of the Association for Women Attorneys.
Prior to arriving at Fishman Haygood, Monica served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Monica received her law degree, summa cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University in 2020 where she was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
