Neil S. Rockind

Attorney Neil Rockind, widely recognized as the "Rockweiler," stands as one of Michigan's premier criminal defense trial lawyers. Rockind honed his trial skills during his tenure as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office from 1993 to 1997. His impressive results led him to take on complex and high-profile cases as a special prosecutor, including prosecuting Dr. Jack Kevorkian in People v. Kevorkian, one of the office's most notable cases.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Mr. Rockind has been a member of the Michigan State Bar since 1993.
