Núria Termes Badia

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona in 1997, she completed a Postgraduate Degree in Labor Law and Social Security, which she combined with a Master's Degree in Family Law, both taken at the IDEC of the Universidad Pompeu Fabra.

She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1997 and is currently a member of the Special Benefits Commission of Asepeyo, also actively participating in various forums related to labor law. Núria has been practicing law in a specialized way within the field of labor law since she graduated, and in mid-2016 gave birth to LA FIRMA LABORAL.

We highlight as strengths of Núria her capacity for effort, mediation, involvement, leadership and organization at team level, as well as the professional achievements obtained to date in the field of labor law as evidenced by her extensive experience and successful results in a multitude of litigation held in various instances related to labor law, accrediting experience in countless Social Courts, High Courts of Justice, Supreme Court, National High Court and Constitutional Court in which she has resulted in remarkable achievements as well as intended jurisprudential changes.

Núria has extensive experience in processes of productive decentralization, collective bargaining, such as the negotiation of agreements, collective business restructuring, collective conflicts and strikes, with notable achievements before the Labor Inspection and Territorial Labor Delegations or Labor Courts. He has extensive experience in labor consulting in all types of procedures covered by labor law, both individual and collective, both nationally and, occasionally, internationally.

We highlight his strategic vision of processes, his panoramic vision of the files, as well as his interpretative vision of the norm and his mediating and resolving capacity of all types of files.

The main sectors he has advised are the Iron and Steel Industry, Metal Trade, Chemical Industry, Catering, Hospitality, or Gymnasiums, among many others.
