Rachel De Rose is an associate at Feldman Jackson, PC. She focuses her practice on the negotiation, mediation and litigation of family law matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Rachel concentrates on cases involving a range of complex family law issues such as divorce, distribution of assets, business valuation, alimony, child custody, child support, and relocation.
Rachel understands that family law matters can be stressful, confusing, and emotionally taxing for all parties involved. For those reasons, she has devoted herself to thoughtfully guiding her clients through the complexities of the legal process. She believes that communicating with her clients on a regular basis is vital to discover and assess any goals and interests they may have as their case progresses.
Rachel strives to handle each case with compassion, veracity, and diligence. Although she aspires to resolve family law disputes amicably, she is also a capable and resourceful litigator. She continuously enhances her skills in every aspect of litigation and cultivates effective techniques to use when trying various types of family law cases, including those that involve experts in child custody and business valuation.- E-mail: RDeRose@FeldmanJackson.com
