Raminder Arora

I am a civil litigator with a focus on corporate commercial litigation, contractual disputes, alternative dispute resolution, tort liability matters including professional negligence, franchisor-franchisee disputes, and construction disputes.

Prior to joining Arora Zbar LLP, I worked at national and international firms where I assisted senior lawyers provide practical and effective legal advice to a wide range of clients including large institutions, branches of provincial government, small business, and individuals. As associate counsel with Arora Zbar LLP, I put the skills acquired at top-tier law firms to help provide effective legal solutions and strategies to business and individuals alike. I have experience representing clients at all levels of courts in British Columbia.

Outside of the office, I enjoy outdoor activities including walking, hiking, biking as much as I enjoy reading books. In addition to English, I can fluently speak and write two other languages – Punjabi and Hindi.
