Intellectual Property and Technology. He specialises in providing legal advice in the fields of technology, digital transformation and services, audiovisual, advertising, intellectual property, media, privacy and image rights, information security and electronic communications, among others.

Raul is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), is Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) by ISACA and is accredited by IAPP as a Certified Information Privacy Professional for Europe (CIPP/E).

He is also a member of the Asociación Profesional Española de Privacidad (Spanish Professional Privacy Association) (APEP), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Asociación Española de Derecho del Entretenimiento (Spanish Entertainment Law Association) (DENAE).

Career

Raúl Rubio joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 and boasts 27 years of experience in different law firms and national and foreign companies. Prior to joining the firm he was the head of the Digital Law area of a Big Four in Spain.
