Ravi represents and advises clients as a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Real Estate & Development teams at Koffman Kalef LLP. He works with a wide variety of clients from both the private and public sectors, including school boards, developers, financial institutions, private lenders, entrepreneurs, professional service firms and government entities.
Ravi advises clients on a broad range of legal matters including property development, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings, subdivisions and marketing under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act. In addition to his real estate practice, he also advises clients on various corporate and commercial matters including business purchase and sale transactions (asset and share), corporate and limited partnership formations, reorganizations and restructuring of private companies and partnerships. Ravi also has extensive experience negotiating joint venture agreements and shareholders agreements on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Koffman Kalef LLP, Ravi was a partner at the largest law firm in British Columbia and an associate at a large regional law firm in Vancouver.
Ravi’s broad practice has given him a wide range of experience to draw from when finding comprehensive and intelligent solutions for clients on matters that engage diverse areas of law and business.
