Rhadamès Killy specializes in IP/IT law and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on the sports and gaming sectors.Before joining de Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in 2012, Rhadamès Killy was the General Counsel for the French Online Gaming Regulatory Authority (ARJEL). From 2002 until 2009, he was the legal director of the French Tennis Federation and the French Open (Roland-Garros). In 1994, Rhadamès Killy began his career in London at the IMG European head office, and later moved on to become the legal director of its French subsidiary for five years.Since 2006, Rhadamès Killy has been a lecturer at the Centre for the Law and Economics of Sport in Limoges as part of the Master’s degree program. He is a regular speaker at trade conferences and a frequent writer on topics relating to sports law and gaming legislation.Moreover, he is a member of the Scientific Committee of Jurisport (Juris Editions, Dalloz) and listed on the panel of arbitrators at the Chambre Arbitrale du Sport (Court of Arbitration for Sport) in Paris. He is also a member of the Cour d’Appel National de la Fédération Française de Motocyclisme (National Court of Appeals of the French Motorcycling Federation), the International Association for Football Lawyers and the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).Rhadamès Killy holds a Juris Doctor (Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, USA, 1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences (University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA, 1989). He is a member of both the Paris Bar and the State Bar of California.
