Robert W. Pritchard represents employers in wage and hour litigation, with an emphasis on class, collective and hybrid actions, in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He handles matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as state wage and hour laws. In addition, Rob counsels employers on wage and hour compliance, audits payroll practices and evaluates classification determinations. Rob’s experience includes appellate practice at the U. S. Court of Appeals and at the state Supreme Court level.
Additionally, Rob contributes to a variety of legal and human resources publications and presents to human resources professionals and lawyers on wage and hour compliance, complex litigation strategy, legal ethics and other topics.
Rob is a core member of Littler Mendelson's Wage and Hour Practice Group, editor of the Federal Compensation chapter of The National Employer, and a founding editor of Wage & Hour Counsel, the firm’s blog dedicated to wage and hour developments.
From 1996 to1997, Rob served as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In law school, he was editor-in-chief of the University of Dayton Law Review and class valedictorian.
