Attorney at Law by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, graduated from the FES ACATLAN with a pre-specialization in Commercial Law.
He has 25 years of experience in the area of Industrial Property. He joined BC&B in 2003 where he has specialized in customer service of the branch, for the advice, maintenance and management of Intellectual Property rights. He has been part of the BC&B associates body since 2009.
He has contributed in several publications on intellectual property at national level, as well as in book chapters on Industrial Property, he has participated as a speaker in various national forums with topics related to industrial property and Copyright.
He is responsible for the Management and operation of the Guadalajara office, servicing its clients and managing their Intellectual Property Rights.
