"I see clients at some of the most vulnerable times in their life and it is my job to help guide them through this difficult time. I understand that every client is different and that each client may need something different from me. My goal is to help clients focus on their recovery and achieve the best possible result that is right for them."

Samantha combines her past experience working in both plaintiff personal injury as well as insurance defence into her practice as a Senior Associate at HSH. Her work in insurance defence gives her a unique insight into the industry, allowing her to provide a realistic understanding of every element of the process to her clients.

She has appeared as trial counsel multiple times, representing individual and insurance clients in the Superior Court of Justice. Samantha’s current practice focuses primarily on Medical Malpractice, helping victims and their families who have suffered as a result of medical and hospital negligence. Additionally, she handles Motor Vehicle Accidents and Occupiers Liability claims.

Samantha is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Society of Toronto and is a member of the Brain Injury Awareness Committee. She is committed to helping support individuals living with brain injuries.
