Sarah's practice focuses on defending individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Sarah joined WWHGD as an associate in 2019 after working at the firm as a summer associate.
Since then, Sarah has represented a broad range of clients in cases involving premises liability, negligent security, commercial trucking accidents, professional malpractice, construction site injuries, and product defect claims. Her clients include manufacturers and retailers of consumer products, as well as transportation and trucking companies, premises owners and operators, general contractors and subcontractors, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and various medical providers.
Sarah has built a reputation for her attention to detail and competitive drive. Her creative and focused approach has helped her negotiate favorable settlements and secure numerous dismissals and summary judgment orders. She is a dedicated advocate who takes pride in the quality of her work.
Sarah is a proud double ‘Nole, earning both her undergraduate and law degrees from the Florida State University. While in law school, Sarah was a member of FSU’s nationally recognized Moot Court team, where she had the privilege of representing Florida State at the Dean Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Moot Court Competition in Brooklyn, NY; the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition in Charleston, SC; and numerous times in front of Florida’s First District Court of Appeal.
