Steven has extensive experience in all aspects of property law and specialises in development work involving complicated community titling and body corporate structuring and documenting those transactions. Steven has been consistently listed in the Doyle’s Guide of leading lawyers in the areas of “Property & Real Estate Lawyers”, “Leasing Lawyers” and “Retirement Living & Aged Care Lawyers”.

Steven has acted for owners/developers and managers of major commercial properties, including shopping centres, CBD buildings, integrated resorts, residential developments, mixed use developments and specialist precinct developments.
