Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, domestic relations, general business representation, and employment law.

Mr. Cohen handles a variety of litigation matters in both federal and state court, as well as in administrative hearings and mediation and arbitration proceedings. He has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases. His litigation practice involves the ongoing representation of business clients, as well as individuals. Mr. Cohen’s litigation practice also involves a significant amount of real estate related litigation, commercial, employment and contractual matters, in addition to family law matters including dissolutions and motions to modify.

Mr. Cohen also represents a variety of corporate clients whom he advises on contractual, management, and strategic planning issues.

Mr. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri, and is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the American Bar Association.
