Suzanne C. Radcliff works closely with her clients to maximize their recovery on insurance subrogation matters. She represents her clients in a variety of matters - from simple negligence to construction defect cases and complex energy losses, and routinely handles depositions, hearings and mediation. Suzanne has developed an expertise in equine law matters and has successfully resolved cases involving fraud in the sale of a horse and veterinary malpractice. She has also tried several products liability cases to verdict in both state and federal court. Suzanne is a frequent contributor to the firm's Equine Subrogation Law Blog.She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. In 2000, she received her law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
