Svetlana Samochkine is a member of the Banking and Finance group of Fasken’s Montreal office. She represents both financial institutions and borrowers in setting up syndicated loans, project financings and other domestic and international financing operations.
After completing her articling at Fasken, Svetlana joined the banking team in July 2012. She is a member of both the Barreau du Québec and the Ontario Bar (the Law Society of Upper Canada) and has been a director on the board of the Maison grise de Montréal since 2014.
