Tania Klam is a cum laude graduate of George Mason University (B.A. in Government and International Politics with a minor in Legal Studies) and a graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law (J.D. 2009). She is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, New York, and Florida. She is fluent in Arabic and focuses her practice on Family Law.

Ms. Klam began her legal career as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York where she served as an Assistant District Attorney. While there, she piloted numerous criminal cases through the state court system, gaining extensive and invaluable experience as a litigator. After a thoroughly impressive career as a prosecutor, Ms. Klam began an even more impressive career in Family Law and Criminal Defense. Specializing in: violent crimes, drug charges, and traffic offenses, domestic relations, and divorces, Ms. Klam has successfully represented numerous defendants in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Additionally, Ms. Klam spent six years at a prominent law firm in their Miami, Manhattan, and DC offices concentrating on matters of civil litigation, wills and estates, real estate litigation, bankruptcy, and transactions. She worked with a variety of prestigious clients, national and regional banks, and independent investors in Florida, New York, Washington D.C. and Virginia. She concentrated her practice on corporate law, real estate litigation, contract review and drafting, leases, transactional matters, landlord/tenant disputes, and business sales. She also handled all aspects of special asset litigation in both state and federal courts, including successfully representing clients in appellate work. She has assisted clients in the recovery of tens of millions of dollars through post-judgment recovery.

Through her experience, Ms. Klam has developed substantial litigation skills in several states and jurisdictions, handling a diverse array of matters and expertise in civil litigation and domestic relations.
