Tommy Peyton is an insurance and reinsurance associate in Phelps Dunbar’s New Orleans office. He counsels clients, resolves coverage disputes, and manages litigation involving insurance coverage issues throughout the United States.
Tommy's practice focuses on advising insurance carriers on a variety of coverage issues, including construction-related claims and losses, commercial property losses, general liability, issues of multiple-year trigger and allocation, additional insured status, contractual indemnity and extra-contractual liability. He also has significant experience counseling and defending insurers against bad faith allegations for both first and third party claims.
